I’m nothing but a straigh girl who like to have a good laugh, and thank God for my gays (like Kathy Griffin would say) or I would be missing out on so much fun. I became a fan of Nancylee’s writing thanks to SON which is probably the only teen show I’ve ever followed (I’m not a teen anymore), and I miss her writing on that one. I want to thank Nancylee, Mave, and Paige for taking a risk with this show, because I really enjoy well written ensamble shows (I can’t stand reality TV, I want the writers back!), specially in comedies. I also love experiencing character developments, good character portrayals, and a cast that can keep up to the challenge (which this show obviously has).
I probably shouldn’t be saying this to feed her ego, but I have a girlcrush on Jill Bennett and that probably has to do with the fact that I find her ridiculously hilarious on the vlogs with the other two crazy ones. Maile could turn a Physics class into a laugh-fest, Cathy is awesome and really funny on the “Lost episode” with the Yoga class. Mave Quinlan, hands down, I love your Paula so I was of course expecting you to kick a*s on this one, Siobhan rocks!

My dilemma here in the UK tonight was – go try and grab the L Word from Youtube before the Showtime folks pull them down or risk losing out on that and go watch 3Way? Hell no contest, give me 3Way and the folks that are really trying to talk to and entertain me and my community and do it in as creative and direct a way as possible. Showtime and their ‘you can’t watch this you sad UK-dykes you are in the wrong place’ can shove their old world thinking and corporate inability to respond to the networked world.
AT LAST, it doesn’t matter that I’m in the UK and you are in the US, all that matters is that I’m a dyke who loves watching crazy dykes and their crazier friends in LMAO-funny ‘tv’. The world truly is flat and you folk have finally given us a lesbian twist on Thomas L Friedman’s great book about how computers and the interwebs are shaking things up… Though of course not too flat… Jill’s still executive in charge of bumps (and Maeve isn’t exactly a slouch in that area either
Fantastic job, so so so love to see people just get on and do it in ways that channel professional level skills and values but ditch all the mega-corp crap that usually ends up killing the energy (c.f. South of Nowhere).
Enjoy the ride ladies – hope the destination isn’t development hell in some network boardroom. Keep pushing, as you might have noticed – we’re with you!

lol, Geri’s ass at the beginning for one, and I do have to agree that Jill and Cathy are very hot together. “She only offered me $20,000 a week to work, and I can’t live off that.”- Priceless Jill line. “TITTY SHOTS!” lol. And the Geri scene at the end had me cracking up – “Body shots! Titty shots! Nipple shots! Cooch shots!” Oh man, and the outtakes at the end were hilarious! Love it!
